Smoothie

Smoothies are one of the best parts about being on the Abs Diet. Nak buat smoothie ni Cuma ambil masa 5 minit je. Ianya penuh dengan multiple high nutrient foods. Here is the recipe.

Ultimate Power Smoothie


1 cawan susu skim
2 sudu besar low-fat vanilla yogurt
¾ cawan oat segera
2 sudu besar peanut butter
2 sudu besar whey chocolate powder (kalau tak ada pun tak pe)
6 biji ais
 
Cara²:
Masukkan semua bahan² ke dalam blender. Blend sampai sebati.

PER SERVING:
440 calories
