Ultimate Power Smoothie
1 cawan susu skim
2 sudu besar low-fat vanilla yogurt
¾ cawan oat segera
2 sudu besar peanut butter
2 sudu besar whey chocolate powder (kalau tak ada pun tak pe)
6 biji ais
Cara²:
Masukkan semua bahan² ke dalam blender. Blend sampai sebati.
